  1. Job Summary: We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for creating and managing content on all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and guarantee customer engagement. This Specialist will also be handling the monitoring of site metrics, responding to readers’ comments, and supervising of the creative design.

 

  1. Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, publish, and share content on a daily basis making sure it’s engaging for the audiences
  • Study and understand the targeted audience for each social channel
  • Familiarization with consumer analytics and using the information to ensure that the strategies are being delivered with results
  • Develop strategies, Community Management and should have knowledge also on Designing, Copywriting, Customer Service and Data Analysis
  • Should be able to grow the social media channels, monitor the amount of content published and assess the people’s engagement with the channels.
  • Ensures that the conversion rates are being monitored
  • Makes recommendations for social media engagement.
  • Researches a variety of new media, communication methods, and costs to decide the best approach to connect with wide audiences and meet the targets

 

  1. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism or 4 years (and above) equivalent experience
  • Vast knowledge of social media platforms
  • Updated with social media trends and platforms and should be aware of the latest style of content and postings
  • Great with planning and time management
  • Able to build and maintain online communities, reply to customer inquiries, knowledge with troubleshooting, and be able to pitch the brand, services, or products he/she will be representing
  • As a Social Media Specialist, one should have an eye for design to be able to build regular eye-catching and attractive campaigns that will create a marketing impact
  • Must have knowledge of statistics and analytics for tracking performances
