Our client, a food processing company that deals in a variety of maize (cornflour and dough) products is currently looking for a highly efficient and proactive Sales Executive to help with their operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategy and setting executable targets to expand the company’s customer base, must be innovative and have a passion for selling.
Prospect and convert prospects into clients (close deals and sell products, using solid and persuasive communication to prospective clients).
Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Promote and sell products to existing clients.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports, customer feedback, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, etc.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ensure the continued growth of the company’s base and maximization of profit.
Least 1-3 years’ experience in sales/customer service.
Must be female.
Must be confident, good listener to the customer and goal-oriented.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, persistent, energetic.
Great interpersonal skills.
Adequate literacy skills.
Sales skills with ability to meet sales target.
