A well-established Company is looking for a suitably qualified person for the position of Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities
 Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employer – employee relationship. This includes the administration of hiring, retention, staff development, personnel records, compensation and benefits and long-term staffing strategies of the company.
 Implement all human resource policies in line with company needs and suggest improvements/reviews as and when necessary.
 Organize and manage new employee orientation by providing information explaining company policies and relevant benefits, filling of forms and obtaining employee information
 Bridge leadership and employee relations by addressing concerns of staff or bringing them to the attention of Management
 Ensure that company operates within the Labor Laws of the country
 Prepare and send periodic reports to Management
 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives strong teamwork, professional development and focus on organizational impact.
 Maintaining proper records of all staff both manually and electronically
 Coordinate training programs internally and externally for staff
 Help with payroll management
 Support and promote a positive and collaborative organizational culture.

Required skills or experience
 First degree in HR or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
 Must have master’s degree in HR/ Business Administration.
 A professional qualification in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
 3-5 years’ experience in Managerial role.
 Demonstrate high-level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
 Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
 Proficiency in MS office (word, excel and power point).
 Age limit should be not more than 40years.
