The AmaliTech Training Academy in Takoradi, Ghana, offers FREE IT/Digital skills training to qualified graduates for six (6) months. Upon successful completion of the training, our graduates will have a choice among various employment pathway opportunities which marks the beginning of a fulfilling IT career.

Our training academies give local youth the necessary digital skills for employment. Subsequently, successful Graduate Trainees are empowered to apply their acquired skills in the local and international job market. AmaliTech Training Academy Limited Ghana was initially founded and has been in full operations in 2019.

The AmaliTech Graduate Trainee Programme (Data Science Specialisation) is open to graduates with a minimum of a bachelors or higher degree, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics or similar field who are willing to be enrolled in our Training Academy to undergo intensive training for up to a period of (six) 6 months in Data Science.
Trainees must continuously prove their ability to grasp and understand the topics and skills being taught to keep them in the Graduate Trainee programme. Our Training Academy is located in Takoradi which means candidates should be willing to live in or relocate to Takoradi (in situations where candidates live elsewhere). After successful completion of the training programme, AmaliTech provides the Graduate Trainees with various employment pathways in the tech ecosystem.

Our Recruitment Process
Our Graduate Trainee Programme runs in a cycle and applications are received from the beginning of any recruitment period to its deadline. Screening of applications start immediately as we receive them throughout the cycle until the deadline of the current period.
1. Screening and Shortlisting: Screening and Shortlisting of Qualified Candidates based on minimum eligibility criteria for our 3 specialisations.
2. Online Assesment: Shortlisted candidates are then contacted to take an online assessment that lasts for a maximum period of 35 minutes.
3. Onsite Assessment: Next is an onsite assessment comprising of six (6) sections. Three (3) general sections and one section each for all our specialisations.

Section 2: Quantitative Section (30 minutes)
Section 3: Logical Reasoning Section (30 minutes)
Section 4: Data Science Section (30 minutes)
Section 5: Software Development & Engineering Section (30 minutes)
Section 6: Software Testing and Verification Section (33 minutes)
4. Face-to-Face Interviews: Next is a face-to-face interview at the AmaliTech office in Takoradi.
5. Offer and Hire: Once candidates prove themselves capable of fitting into the AmaliTech Training Academy, an offer is made and candidates are enrolled into our Training Academy.
