Since 2015, Martel is a family-owned trading company operating in West-Africa in the national security and defence industry. We sell a wide range of defense furnitures, from terrestrial  vehicles to fast-intervention vessels. To do so, we aim at perfectly understanding our clients stakes and formulate offers that would fill their needs durably. In the past, we have been partnered with many key institutions in West-Africa.

In this context, we wish to expand our activities into Ghana. Ghana has been one of our top priorities for the past 2 years, as it is not only a thriving west African economy but also a beacon of African democracy.

There, the account executive will be working directly with one of the partners. As we are a young company rapidly expanding, the career expectations at Martel are tremendous.

Account Executive/Manager Job Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding each institutions main stakes (4/5) by thoroughly analyzing the client’s news and formulate reports around it.
  2. Construct tailored-made offers for each client depending on their stakes
  3. Identifies potential in institutions by studying current business; meeting with key personnel; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
  4. Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
